Terms

Last updated: March 21, 2026. These terms apply to use of the NABOT interface and its related tools on Nado and Ink.

Summary
By using NABOT, you acknowledge that onchain trading and automation are risky, that third-party protocol behavior is outside our control, and that you remain responsible for wallet security, approvals and compliance.
1. Scope of service
NABOT is an interface and tooling layer built around Nado on Ink. It may include trading views, automation flows, portfolio monitoring, earn integrations and informational content. Features can change, be limited, or be removed at any time.
2. Eligibility and responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NABOT is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your own circumstances. You are also responsible for the devices, wallets, credentials and approvals used to access the service.
3. Non-custodial use
NABOT is not a custodian. You remain responsible for your wallet, private keys, signatures, transaction approvals and onchain activity. If your wallet or credentials are compromised, we cannot reverse or recover transactions.
4. Third-party protocols
NABOT may connect to third-party services, smart contracts, RPC providers, price feeds, bridges and protocols such as Nado or other Ink infrastructure. Their availability, fees, risks and outputs are outside our direct control.
5. Trading and automation risk
Perpetual trading, leverage, automated strategies and onchain execution involve material risk, including slippage, failed transactions, liquidations, technical faults, network delays and total loss of capital. Past performance or simulated behavior does not guarantee future outcomes.
6. No advice or guarantee
Nothing on NABOT constitutes investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. All tools, information and automation flows are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without any guarantee of uptime, profitability, accuracy or suitability.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the product, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, exploit bugs, or use NABOT in a way that could harm the service, other users, or connected infrastructure.
8. Changes and suspension
We may update the interface, adjust features, modify access, suspend functionality, or stop supporting part of the service at any time, with or without notice, especially for security, legal, operational or protocol-related reasons.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NABOT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, data, opportunities or goodwill arising from use of the service.
10. Contact
For legal or policy questions, use the official communication channels linked from this application. If a stricter agreement applies to a private deployment or partnership, that separate agreement will govern over this public page.
